New Dealer Process
We are in transition to a new Dealer site, if you are interested in becoming a Dealer please email all of the requested documents below to electroandcompany@gmail.com and staff member will reach out with next steps.
DISCLAIMER
Electro & Company only does business with legitimate Companies. We will require copies of all business related documents before a determination can be made about becoming a Dealer with us. This includes but is not limited to Sellers Permit, Business License, Articles of Incorporation and/or Resale/Exemption Certificate. Completion of the below request to create an account does not guarantee Dealer Status. All accounts start as a Customer account and if approved will transfer to a Dealer Account. You will receive a notification of your status with us once your documents have been received, reviewed and verified.
If being considered a signed MAP Agreement and Resellers Agreement will be required before approval can be finalized.
MAP AGREEMENT
Violation of MAP Pricing Agreement will result in termination of Dealer Agreement.
