This includes but is not limited to Sellers Permit, Business License, Articles of Incorporation and/or Resale/Exemption Certificate. Completion of the below request to create a Dealer Account does not guarantee Dealer Status. You will receive a notification of your status with us once your documents have been received, reviewed and verified.

If being considered a signed MAP Agreement and Resellers Agreement will be required before approval can be finalized.
